PT. Ratu Oceania Raya was established on October 1st 2007, by Mr Deddy Herfiandi, a long time seasoned veteran of both the cruise line and hospitality industries.
Deddy, Managing Director of Ratu Oceania Raya, has worked for many of the leading hotels in Indonesia, including Sheraton and Hilton, where he held senior managerial positions within the Food and Beverage departments.

Ratu Oceania Raya, with its headquarter office in Bintaro, Tangerang, has since grown in stature from its inception and has become a well recognized provider of qualified individuals to both major cruise lines and land based positions abroad. They also have an office in Bali, with future plans for offices in Yogyakarta, Bandung, Medan and Makassar.

In January 2009, Ratu Oceania Raya was proud to welcome Mr Sean Carwithen, a native Englishman, as their new CEO.
Sean has over 29 years experience in the hospitality industry, with over 19 years of that time focussed purely within the cruise line sector, 17 of those in America. He has worked for many of the leading cruise companies, including Carnival Cruises, Disney Cruise Line, Princess Cruises UK, Apollo Ship Chandlers and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd, holding managerial positions both shipboard and shoreside.

Presently, Ratu Oceania Raya has a diverse and qualified team of staff, with the majority having had experience either on cruise ships, in large chain hotels or other sectors of the hospitality industry. Ratu promotes a friendly, relaxed working atmosphere while at the same time delivering the highest quality work ethic.

Some of the main International cruise line partners working with Ratu Oceania Raya include Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity and Azamara cruises.
The company also provides qualified individuals to Dubai, within the hospitality sector.
Ratu Oceania Raya is able to source all levels of qualified individuals for all sectors of the hospitality industry, for both land and sea. These positions include, but not limited to:
